Return Policy
Please reach out to fireflyeddydesigns@hotmail.com to start the return process. NO returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Online orders placed on our website or Facebook can be returned for online store credit ONLY. We STRCTLY ENFORCE this, and NO exceptions will be made. We will not issue any refund to the original payment method. Store credit will be issued via a gift card to your email. Total of purchase MINUS all shipping costs. Gift card NEVER expires.
Shipping will not be refunded; you are responsible for shipping costs back to us as well. If we provide a return label, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it.
All items must be in NEW, UNUSED condition. No smell of smoke, deodorant stains, pet hair, make up. All tags must be attached, and all packaging must be returned. We cannot return any items once they are worn or washed as we are not liable for damages that happen after washing or worn. We have the right to reject any return due to the above.
All shoes must be UNWORN and in original packaging. Any tape or labels placed on the box will result in the package being refused and no return processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We quality check every piece of clothing that comes through our shop, but every now and then something might go unseen.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- NON-RETURNABLE: Sale items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips, Socks, Hats, Leggings, Hair Accessories, Gift Cards, Home Decor, Scarves and custom/handmade designs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Final sale items: graphics, items ending in .95, items with a discount at or greater than 25% off, Daily Deals, BOGO offers, and sale rack items.
If an item is mailed back that falls in the non-returnable category, we will give you the option to pay return shipping or donate your item to a local charity. If we do not hear back within 7 days your item will be donated.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer exchanges as inventory is constantly changing.
Price Adjustments
Due to our stock changing daily, we are unable to offer any sort of price adjustment if an item goes on sale after you purchase it.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
It takes up to 8-10business days for us to process returns. You will receive an email with your store credit once it has been processed. Please check junk and spam before reaching out about your credit. Please keep your tracking number as we are NOT responsible for lost packages.
We have the right to refuse any package that is not eligible for a return.
GRAPHIC DESIGNS
Each graphic is made CUSTOM to each order. ALL graphics are FINAL SALE, NO exceptions will be made.

A strict limit of TWO returns will be allowed per customer per month. If we feel you are abusing our policies, we have the right to deny requests.
*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached. No pet hair, no makeup stains.
